Is this correctly written?

I'm afraid that it does not make much sense.
If you post what it meant to be in English, we can tell how it should be written.

"This place is beautiful this time of the year".

この場所が年この時期に美しいだ

"It is this particular place that year in this season/period beautiful is" is what you wrote if literally translated.

Unless you want to emphasize it is this place not any other place, you should use は instead of が.
For "at this time of year" この時期 is the most common phrase (it means "this period of time" - "year" bit is not necessary as it is self-explanatory),
Now you want to emphasize "this time" of all year, so you can use が here.
美しい is i-adjective so you do not need to use だ.

e.g.
この場所はこの時期が美しい。 This place is beautiful (particularly) at this time of year.
この時期この場所は美しい。 This place is beautiful at t his time of year. *this word order sounds more natural when there's no emphasis on any part.
These are just examples, there are several more way to state the same thing (though nuance can be different.)
