babynology said it's both a chinese,japanese,greek,dutch. but it only says the chinese meaning is ''GRACEFUL''

If you are talking about 名 (na), it is not a Japanese name but it is a noun meaning "name" in Japanese language.

Kanji pronounced "na" is sometimes used in Japanese given names (kana, mina, nanako, naomi, etc) but never on its own.
There are more than one kanji with the pronunciation and used in names, and meaning varies depending on the kanji.
e.g.
菜、奈、那
