Question I'm trying to find a song

I don't have much to go off. I watched a youtube video last year of a japanese song with about 5k views. The album cover was a young male running on a road or something. The song was named Drifter or Drifting, not really sure. I tried finding it again, but no luck. I think he had a guitar in his hand. The song had just one male singer. I know it's not much to go off but that's all I can remember.
