7. The verb is slightly wrong. Does would be only for a singular subject so the correct verb here would be do. "Where do your parents live?"
Unfortunately I don't know Kanji well enough to know if the second section is all correct. The parts I could read and understand were easy enough for me to select the correct words and were grammatically correct.
