i'm a student who wants to study in Japan , any help ?

how you do you do ?
here my question ..
i'm a student in a dintistry college ,, after graduating .. i want to complete my specialty in Japan .. so .. is there any college there that teaches in English ?

As far as I know, medicine is always taught in Japanese in Japan, because the national examinations for medical practitioners require that you speak, read and write Japanese on a highly advanced (post-collegiate) level.

I know of no medical college in Japan that teaches in languages other than Japanese.

what about working there ?

i mean after finishing my study and specialty .. is it possible to work there even if my language is weak ?

The simple answer is "NO".

As epigene mentioned, you need to pass the national examination to be qualified as a dentist. The exam is in Japanese with technical terms on top of ordinary Japanese language.
Being very fluent in Japanese language + with special terminology is a "must" to work as a dentist in Japan.

You might work in Japan with zero Japanese if you can land a job on a U.S. military base.
