and how to say " up to you " in japanese
Maybe "jibun no tsugou ni yotte kimete kudasai" ? (please decide based on your own situation)

"Up to you" can be expressed as 'osuiki ni shite kudasai' (お好きにしてください), although the meaning is more along the lines of "Do as you like". If you are saying you will leave a decision or action to, say, Smith-san to do, you can use 'Smith-san ni makasetokimasu' (Smith-sanに任せときます); the English translation of that would be "I am leaving it to Smith-san". I use this example because it is more appropriate here to use the person to whom you're leaving the decision's name rather than 'anata' or a derivative.

Hello again,

can i say like, Anta ni makaseru, ( up to you )

jibun no tsugou ni yotte kimete kudasai,

what is the different with both phrases

This is kind of like "I'll leave this up to you (to handle)."

jibun no tsugou ni yotte kimete kudasai

This is like "please decided dependent on your convenience," or "do what is convenient for you."
