I Have Returned!

おひさしぶりです。It has been a while, JREF! I know I made this account in 2011, life got in the way and my schooling took some turns. I am trying to get back into using my Japanese more actively than I have in the past few years. Chasing my pipe dream of becoming a translator, still. If anyone knows of a good place where I can find people willing to practice through Skype with me (or another messaging program), that would be great. I used to have an email penpal in Japan, but she got busy with university after a couple months. After her schooling resumed, there were a few infrequent emails, then she stopped talking to me altogether. It is nice to be back, JREF!

WOW ! Been a while , welcome back. There is a ton of helpful info in the posts here to help with Japanese. Hopefully someone here will have some ideas on Skype for you.
