He was a peaceful and silent American engineer. Not only due to his skill (he was an expert in aircraft repair), but mostly due to his quiet and solitary character, I became saddened for him.
In recent years, I have realized that, unlike the top American politicians, most people in America are kind and friendly and are interested in a human and respectful relationship with other people. Rick was one of those people whose unexpected death made me sad, so I posted a comment to this thread on YouTube (although the event happened many years ago)
I'm sorry about the engineer, Rick's death. I could not realize what the cause of his sickness was, whether it was a cold or something else. I don't think a cold can cause internal bleeding.
However, the plane was cursed. It demanded a sacrifice, and he was Rick. It also destroyed itself after Rick.
