http://www.jalpak.com ?? anyone use them

I'd like to know also since I'm going to be taking my parents on their Tokyo-Kyoto package.

My husband and the company he works for uses Jalpak. As far as I know, he's always been more than pleased with them, and they seem to be very helpful. They helped him a lot when his parents came to visit back in July/August. They sent someone to meet his family at the airport in Detroit when their flight was delayed and someone from their Washington, D.C. office met them when they visited D.C. I also know that an agent called my husband regularly while they were here, to see if their trip was going nicely.

They seemed very efficent and considerate.

Thats good to hear, since they seemed so affordable compared to other places.

A couple of years ago, we were planning a group tour to Japan and Jalpak was one of the bidders. Their bid was one of the best, if not the best. However, they could not guarantee the number of plane seats we needed. We thought this was odd since they are part of Japan Air Lines. Needless to say, we went through another company for our tour. They were very helpful and wanted the contract, but the seating problem was their undoing.

This may seem like a strange question, but does anyone know how wide the coach seats are. Im A big guy so I have to ask.
