How to say 'I missed you'

I'm meeting my Japanese friend tomorrow, who I haven't seen for a few weeks. I'd just like to know how to say 'I missed you', or something like that.

By the way, is there any other way of asking little questions like this without starting a completely new thread ... I feel as though I'm wasting a lot of space on this board ...

You can say something like "Anata ni aenakute samishikattayoあなたに会えなくて寂しかったよ" or simply "Samishikattayo寂しかったよ" is fine. I think the latter sounds more natural.
