How to read " 学生""がくせい"？

Should I read it as "ga-ku-se-i" or "ga-k-se-i" ?

Should the second syllable be weaker ?
How to read "よろしく" in "どうぞ よろしく"？
Is it " yo-ro-sh-ku" or "yo-ro-shi-ku"?

Please give some more examples...

High vowels like "i" or "u" are often devoiced at the end of a sentence or between the two voiceless consonants especially in Kanto erea. For instance, "u" between "k" and "s"(gakusei) or "i" between "sh" and "k"(yoroshiku) are often not pronounced or pronounced weakly, just as you noticed.

And you've mentioned that close vowels are often devoiced at the end of a sentence. So, can I pronounce "よろしく" as "yo-ro-sh-k"?
Is it strange if I don't follow the rules in Kanto era?
Besides those between "k" and "s" or "k" and "sh" have to be kept silent, how about those between " g, b, t, h, m, y, n, r,.........."?
At the end, I should say どうもありがとうございました or どうもありがとうございまし?
