How to upload attachments:
You can upload files from your hard drive by clicking the "Attach Image" and selecting the file you want to upload.
Then click insert and, in the text field, place the cursor where you want to put your image in the post. Select "Thumbnail" or "Full image".
This method allows you to upload several attachments at once. If you upload attachments without inserting them into the text field, they will be displayed at the bottom of your post.
How to insert one image from URL:
Click the "Insert image" button in the text editor and enter the URL of the picture you want to attach. You can also drop the image directly into the text field (see below).
You can also use
[IMG] tags to display an image, using the wrapped text as the URL.How to format and position an image:
To centre an image horizontally, wrap it in
CENTER tags. This can be done in the text editor, but we recommend doing it manually.Other BBCodes allow you to float your image left or right with the text wrapped around it.
Code:
[FLIGHT]Your image here[/FLIGHT]
Code:
[FRIGHT]Your image here[/FRIGHT]
How to resize an image:
Ideally, users edit their images before uploading them to the website, ensuring they are not too large in size or dimension. Currently, attachments are restricted to 4096 kB.
If you want to resize an image in your post, select it in the text field and drag the corners inwards or outwards with your mouse.
You can also change the image size manually by clicking the icon shown below and entering the dimensions in pixels (e.g. 800px).
