How do I post a picture on Learning Japanese folder that is in my computer

I just made a post stating that I'd post the pictures of the pages in the book that I'm learning from, but I can't find a place where it says "upload" files.

Yeah I got it solved. The upload a file was invisible on my screen.

There were some issues in the latest builds of both Chrome and Firefox that messed up CSS and Javascript files. While not visible, the upload button was still working.
