Hello all~
**Sorry for lack of posting, pc was busted ;<**
Err so I'm a teenager planning on graduating high school next year (a year early). Basically my plan after high school was to apply at colleges focused on Computer Science in the California area to be closer to my father and save money. However, the college I mostly want to get into is the University of Irvine considering they have a course dedicated to Computer Gaming Science and Blizzard Entertainment(creators of World of Warcraft for people who don't know what Blizzard is) is like right across, however I'm not really sure on where else I should apply if I'm getting into the game programming business. Speaking of business, I'm also not sure what I should do after College, I wanna go straight to Square Enix and apply for a job but I know that without much experience and being fresh out of college won't help my chances at getting in. So I was thinking that in case I don't get in Irvine I'll just apply to colleges in Japan focused on Computer Science and hopefully find small gaming companies there and get experience I need there. I'm not sure how they feel about hiring foreigners though. Any suggestions/guidance/help would be appreciated though.
