I agree about Miyavi. I can't remember whivh PV it was... but he was very hide-esque in one.
 
Yeah he does kinda remind me of hide, so does LMC's Maya....kinda.

No idea I'm afraid... i could only guess when I say I think Miyavi and Sugizo will be strong candidates for two of them!

Yoshiki hasn't bloged or said anything on it in ages...

well.. you could get as many guitarists as you want but it still wouldn't be like him. sure, you could learn to play his stuff, be charismatic, stylish and such but it wouldn't be him.
there was just something about him, and it can never be replicated.
oh hide having a son..
hide was never married, and never had any children, he is also quoted to have said in several interviews, that because his brother Hiroshi had a child (he in fact had 2) he felt no need to be a father
 
No. I agree. I think that's why they are getting 10... he is unreplacable and the others don't want to feel like they are even trying to. It's the best way they could have done it to be honest. It wouldn't have felt right if they gone one person.

Im new to the forums so I hope im not jumped for this lol...but you know i always thought that perhaps Ruki from GazettE was actually one of the nephews hide considered 'one of his own'
really you watch Ruki on stage..watch the pvs and photoshoots...especially when Ruki starts goofing off and altering his voice in that offalien kinda way hide was known for and its...well its errie
