I don't know what word to use in this case. I would like to translate sentence "Does she really love you like she says?" but I am not sure about it.

This would me my translation-"Kanojo wa hontou ni iu hodo anata wo ai shimasu ka?"

I am not sure what word to use, hodo, doori(according to) od perhaps youni(seems like)...Can somebody help me with this?

彼女は彼女の言うように本当にあなたのことを愛しているんですか？

"Doori" and "hodo" can be applied to express almost the same meanings.
If you want to use "doori", that would be "彼女はあなたのことを愛しているというその言葉道理に本当にあなたのことを愛しているんですか？"

With "hodo", we could say, "彼女は愛していると言うほど本当はあなたのことを愛していないんじゃないですか？".

ちょっとタイプミスがあるようです。「ドウリ」（道理 ）じゃなくて「ドオリ」（通り）ですよね。
