Help with this phrase

おまえさ、近所にあいさつで配る祖品とか用意してるか？ It's translated as:"Hey, have you gotten the greeting gifts for the neighborhood yet?"
I just can't reach the meaning on my own.
おまえさ=hey
近所に= to the neighbourhood
あいさつで= with greetings
配る=deliver, give...
祖品=gifts
とか= never seen "to" and "ka" particle in this context
用意してるか=have you prepared?
I would translate it like:"Hey, are you preparing yourself to give the neighbourhood the greeting gift?"

粗品 not 祖品, I presume.

It might help you understand if you replace とか there with を.

The vital part here is 用意してる. 用意する means to prepare some necessary thing in advance, not to prepare yourself to do something. "ている" is not always a "-ing" form. The ~ている here is the "ongoing state" type - if something is 用意している, it means you have got it prepared but haven't actually done anything with it yet.

So the preparation in question is acquiring gifts to give to the new neighbours.
