I know this is a bit too advanced, but reading words at native level I think is probably the most efficient way to learn, and it is fun too, so bear with me (T_T)
戦いはこれからだ!という終わり方と総集編について
さて、最終回ですが前回に引き続いて慌ただしい展開が見られます。忍者伝説の真相がまさかロミナのティアラに隠されていたとの流れはズッコケてしまう事は必死ではないでしょうか。飛影と零影との真剣勝負も大張さんによる迫力ある作画で描かれていただけにハザードにより水を刺される形で終わってしまった事も惜しまれます。それからの物語も「俺たちの戦いはこれからだ!」な終わり方でして……同年の作品では「超獣機神ダンクーガ」「蒼き流星SPTレイズナー」が打ち切りの憂き目に遭いながらもOVAによってちゃんと続編が製作されたのですが、飛影は残念ながら今まで補完される機会に恵まれていないようです。
Those bolded parts are which I have no idea, must have explainations.
From my interpretation:
1/ The first sentence: ''Well, this is the last part but in previous part we can see hurried development continueing.''
2/ The second: ''The truth of the ninja legend surprisely hides in the stream of Romina's tiara. I think the falling event is necessary.''
I can't understand the 2 particles は here, also the bold parts. との is another way of saying という, right? I guess 流れ is the stream in a computer or something. 必死 means desperate but it doesn't fit?
3/ The third: I think it said something about the intense battle of Tobikage and Zerokage and the writter's comment about Hazard's end is boring.
による is ''according to''? により seems to express reason?
4/ The fourth:
The story from that ends with a way called ''Our battle begins from here''. Even by the productions produced at the same year like ''SPT Layzner'' and ''Dancouga'' it can match the sadness and the OVA has been made with proper sequel but it is regret that ''Ninja Senshi Tobikage'' 's completion chance up till now probably isn't being blessed (get better).
