Help with purchasing a good luck flag

Hello everyone, I would like to have your opinion if possible. I would be interested in purchasing the flag from the photos. But before making an offer I would like to know if it is authentic for you, and maybe if anyone knows what it says.

Across the top it says "Good Luck in Battle" (written right to left). 武運長久
The intended recipient is a Mr. Horasawa, whose name appears to the top/right of the red disc. 贈 洞澤君
Most of the other writings are names (presumably signed by friends and colleagues Mr. Horasawa).
Looks OK to me.

Hi everyone, I finally purchased the flag. Now I have a curiosity, what do you think the letter M. could mean?

No idea. I wish I had something interesting to tell you, but its just an oddity. Maybe a later addition, maybe meaningful to somebody who signed the flag, or to the person to whom the flag was presented. No clue.

The important thing is that the flag should be authentic.
