And then maybe one of the presenters under that 安部駒雄 ABE Komao, who may be the head of some local community group. The line next to his name contains the name of this group, based in Tennōji-machi, but I can't parse a couple of the characters: 天王寺町囗朕全会長. Then you have more names. Then the head of some local defense group KURABE Sei'ichi. Then more names. Then on the far left you have the head of the neighborhood organization for Kita-Kawahori Minami, 内山薫 UCHIYAMA Kaoru? (not sure about the bits in red).
