I'm not sure of this goes here. :sorry:

I was browsing this site for a fanmail address, but this was the only thing I could find:
〒４２５-００５４ 静岡県 焼津市 一色 ８３０-３ Ｓｅｑｕｅｎｃｅ Ｒｅｃｏｒｄｓ内 ＨＩＺＡＫＩ宛

If it's right (I'm hoping it is >_< ), how would I set it up on an envelope and what does everything mean?

If I write it out in romaji (my kanji is horrible), what are the odds of it getting where it needs to go?

Thank you. I've been advised against putting the address in romaji -- someone said something about them not being very accustomed to it. I wasn't sure (and I'm not familiar with it, myself, which is why I was confused). So, thank you.
