Help translating TOKYO GAS RN-A530DFTH function

Hello everyone,
I have TOKYO GAS RN-A530DFTH fan heater. I am having a hard time setting the right temperatures on this heater. Can someone please help me translate the setting on the heater .. I am attaching the picture of control panel ... thanks in advance ...

The up and down arrows are for setting the desired room temperature. The number displayed on the left is the desired temperature. The number on the right is the actual room temperature.

If the heater never achieves the desired room temperature it means the room you are using it in is too large.
