Help solving a puzzle

Hello all. I am trying to solve a puzzle that has part, I think, written in Japanese. At the very bottom of the picture, the last line. Any ideas on what it says?

2nd story have deeper meaning.

One on top look little bit like ancient Linear B/hebrew type writing.
But both are just arbitrary code invented for the game. What makes harder for you is translation would probably be in japanese. Anyway japanese alphabet uses 5 vowel vertically and consonant horizontal matrices. So what they sometimes do is have lets say vertical line stands for "a" then B with vertical line is "ba" etc type of thing.
