Help me on translating

I want to make a call regarding job recruitment.
So, need to translate following sentences to find out the most suitable shift for me.
I tried two but please correct me.

- What is the vacant time?
欠員はいつですか？

- At what time you need a person(worker)?
----

- Do you have early morning shift?
早朝のシフトがありますか？

欠員 is vacant position/post, i.e., for people, not for time.

In what meaning are you using "time", time period of a day or season?
Th initial one いつですか is correct for a question regarding time.

店員 or 従業員 is the word, but I would use other expressions where that word is not mentioned, for instance, 人手が必要なのはいつ頃ですか.
