[HELP]Japan on June 2009

Oh.........my god..............I will go to japan on june and for the first 5 days, i will live in a hotel and after that I want to rent a room. could anyone give me some tips?
I found a website that give a great hotel price compare. who knows you guys might need it *****************
Which place should I visit in tokyo? any website that could help me a bit? I tried this website ************* but too bad they haven't had any review for japan yet.
