Hi, I have been learning grammar online and I have some questions to ask, I'm not sure where I am supposed to post so I have started a new thread >< I hope someone will be able to answer my questions. Thank you so much.

Is there any difference between 二階は教室です And 教室は二階です?

What is the meaning of かくさんは じむしつです And きょうの じゅぎょうは かいぎしつです。?

Thank you!

"The second floor is classrooms" vs "The classroom is on the second floor.

What is it about the other two that puzzles you?

So does it mean that either one is fine? Or do they have total different meaning?

And for the second question, do the phrases mean Kaku-san is at the office and today's class will be held at the conference room? :x

Thank you once again.

You don't understand the difference between those two sentences in English?

I'm sorry for asking such a ridiculous question for the first one. Is it possible if you help me with the second question instead?

Not ridiculous and nothing to apologize for. But it is important that you be able to see the difference between the two sentences.

One says the the second floor is all classrooms. The other says the classroom is on the second floor (but there may be different things up there as well).

You got the other two.
