Hi all!
I've just been back from a trip to Japan. Besides having a great time, I went to several supermarkets and bought a couple of cheap items that called my attention... but don't know what they are.

For instance, I bought this Hagoromo Rice Seasoning. What does it have? How do you use it? (is it sprinkled on the rice just raw or do you need to dissolve it into water?).

Thanks for you help!

That is furikake. You sprinkle it atop cooked rice.

That one contains salmon, some seaweed, etc.
