Help dealing with a break up.

Alas, yet another blow into my pitiful life. This morning, at precisely 8:07 AM, my girlfriend, whom I genuinely loved, broke up with me. I know lots of people here have lived quite a bit longer than I, and was wondering if they had any words of advice for me on how to deal with this?

When you are young , it seems like the end of the world. And , after a while another true love comes along and life is good again. The she dumps you and it starts all over until you finally get married and settle down. Then after 5 kids and you're thousands in debt , the wife leaves you for the young handsome pool cleaning guy.

Now that I've cheered you up , remember the famous old saying , "Life sucks and then you die". Please remember I'm 75 and slightly demented so don't listen to anything I say !
