I don't think it will be that way all the time though.
It takes energy to be involving/engaged.
It's a good way of getting to know people,
but things usually get more relaxed once you know the situation.

Hello Rich

Yeah.
Japan is rather paradoxal that way,
and they know it.
What I like most though,
is how contemporary japanese portrait ancient Japan.
Like, anime about old samurai , or theatre shows about old demons.
It's so real, and mystical, at the same time.
Like how someone who runs a software company can go and train kendo in a traditional dojo.
It works out quite nicely
