Hello,anyone remember 60s 70s TV Show?

Hello,
Anyone remember two 60s 70s Japanese TV shows,I think they're for kids, one is a show about crimefighters or a group of agents with some kids or young adults as members their leader rides a motorcycle and wears a white helmet.The other show has a hero named Watari. I watched these shows when I was a small child,been searching the web but could not find any answers. Any info would greatly be appreciated.
