Hello, people! I just joined and I'm glad to have found such an informative and interesting site. I'm a 21 year ols female residing in Los Angeles, California. I became interested in the Japanese, as with alot of fans, through anime. The more I saw, the more fascinated I became. Now, I'm looking forward to one day studying in Japan and learning all I can about the culture. Although I love anime (and pretty much cartoons in general because its 90% of what I watch) its not about that anymore. I've become truly fascinated with the culture, language and people. I also have a question. I love filmmaking, cartoons and Japanese. How can I incorporate these 3 things into a career. I think I'd like to deal with things between the US and Japan, like maybe what comes and goes between our two countries as far as entertainment goes. I'm sure there are more positions I could seek but this I'm just strting to look into this. Thank a bunch!
