Hello again from Holland!!

Hello all,
Some of you might know me, some mightn't. I used to frequent this forum in the not-so-distant past. For some reason I just left one day.. As I didn't get any messages from anyone that they were missing me, I didn't feel missed.

So here I am again. Not sure for how long, but I thought it would be appropriate to greet everyone again as you had to put up with my posts in the past, and I will be bothering you guys again.

So what's up? I just took a quick glance at the members list and I saw that Yukio_Michael and Glenn haven't been here in quite a while.. But I also saw that many regulars are still regulars, and that Dutch Baka is still the admin!! Good stuff.

Well I hope to contribute to the forum in a useful way as I had always tried to do in the past. Learning from past experience, I will try and shy away from political discussions, and concentrate more on language, food and.. Well, the fun stuff basically.

Hi! I am happy you are back. I love your avatar. It reminds me of a picture I tried to draw of my cat on my pc. I just can't use that paint program. So what exactly is your avatar?

Hello Frank, hello Goldiegirl!! Thanks for your posts. Good too see you guys again.

My avatar is.. Doraemon!! I know, it doesn't look like him at all, but I tried anyways. I drew it with the built-in paint feature of MSN Messenger and then I took a screenshot and made it into this avatar.. I'm actually quite fond of it and I believe I've had it all the time on this forum minus my first few days here.

Wow, I was looking for a nice picture of the real Doraemon when I found this must-have guitar!! I want it!!

Being the lazy--although, actually more so quite busy with so, SO many things these days--I didn't get around to PMing you at all. Yes, I did miss you. I did notice that you hadn't been on, and had formulated the desire to PM in my mind a number of times.

(Well, as that usually works, one gets the idea to do something, but doesn't do it exactly at that moment. The idea slips down a bit in the daily shifting of ideas, only to rise back up at a certain point in time. If action is again not taken right then and there, it slips back down into the pile.

This will go on and on a number of times until finally action is taken immediately at the point in time that it has risen up to the top of the consciously aware pile.)

For whatever reason it had been that you had taken a break, I don't think that is totally different from many of us. . . even myself--sometimes we may need it. I am glad to see you posting again, and do wish for your enjoyment and satisfaction so that you may hang out with us.

Hope you're still playing playing that 6-string. I've not picked mine up at all in the past 90 days or so...just that busy and down and out. Talk to you later !!!

I know how it works with wanting to mail/PM/call/talk to someone and never getting yourself to actually do it.. You remind me that I still have to contact a lot of folks on various subjects!!

I see there's a blog function on JREF now.. I wonder how it works..
