I'm Aurura. I've been in several different language groups, blog groups, virtual worlds, pen-pal lists.

I have been learning the Japanese language for almost 3 years now, too; I'm writing in English now only because I'm at work and this computer doesn't type in either of the ganas or kanji. Always feel free to correct any language error I make.

I will also attempt (at home) to write in the threads that are in Japanese language only. Trying to get myself to "dive-in" and not be shy...

A few personal details are:

I'm married (13 years), a Mother (2 boys), and a Master (1 fish).
I play viola and a few other insturments.
I love singing/ jamming with others.
I don't have any particular favorite bands, but there are particular singers' voices whom I simply *adore* listening to.. though I may not like their music/band.
I'm a goof, and a geek. I enjoy being both.
I love all kinds of food, and sometimes I enjoy learning to cook Japanese food.
I'm familiar with many anime shows (NOT Hentai or Otaku), a few JBands and a short list of JDramas.
