Getting injured is not off the table, so always do one of the following:
1. Go with others
2. Tell someone where you're going
3. Make sure there's cell coverage
Buildings which weren't made with treated lumber, as a general rule, and which have left to mildew, rot, and termites for decades with no maintenance can't be trusted not to send you plummeting through the floorboards or not to cave in on your head. You don't want to break a leg or open an artery where there is no one to help you, no one who knows where to look for you when you don't come back, and you can't even call for help.
