Gymnastics and Gyms in Tokyo or Nagoya

I am planning on going on foreign exchange to Japan next year, but I am very into gymnastics, weight lifting, and martial arts. I was wondering how I could find out locations for a gymnastics gym and weight lifting gym.
For my needs would Tokyo or Nagoya be better for me if I went to:
Tokyo University
Toyo University
Chukyou University
Nanzan University

I guess this is a pretty weird question. Maybe if someone can just point me in the right direction on how to find these kind of places.
