Guilty Gear/GGX/GGX2

Anyone playing this game (whether it's the original GG, GGX or GGX2)? I noticed that some of the members in here play GGX, so I thought that there should be a thread for GG discussion in here. Anyway, I can only say that GGX2 is, by far, the best 2d fighting game I've ever played (sorry for any other fighting game fans, but GGX2 owns. Well, except for Garou: Mark of the Wolves, storywise). Not only the character design is great, I also fall in love with its heavy metal soundtracks, composed and directed by the game director himself, Ishiwatari Daisuke (who, coincidently, plays his role as seiyuu for the character Sol Badguy). I also got hooked up with the game's revolutionary gameplay (roman cancel, air dash, instant kill, air dust, etc) that playing other fighting game feels incomplete without these features.

My fave character? Despite the fact that all characters are great, the Guilty Gear himself, Sol Badguy, is my best fave.

I find Guilty Gear a little too slow for my liking. The graphics are awesome though. I've played GG and GGX. I gave up on GGX because of the speed of the game - i just wanted to see what the game looks like lol. My fav character is Chipp.

guilty gear is awesome. I really got hooked on it when an arcade by my house got the japanese version in. Then i picked it up for ps2, and haven't really put it down since.

My usual characters are either Jam, Sol, or Slayer. I can play with Chipp, but i don't really like to.

I still haven't beat the arcade mode on that game. I can't beat that stupid witch girl(i forget her name, i always call her haruko).

Itsuka is supposed to come out at the end of the year, sporting 4 player combat, and a side scrolling platformer.

Ya GG is a good game.

My fave characters are Anji, Faust, and Kliff.

GG(the first) was a great game.
I was disappointed in the rest of them for the fact we didn't get much.
The second gave us new characters and a few other things?
Eh I think we could have been given more.

While the original and Zero Street Fighter titles will hold their place in fighting game history, I consider Guilty Gear to be the best 2D fighter out right now.

I am definitely looking forward to the next GG game to be released, Guilty Gear Isuka.

Oh, you mean I-No, right? Yup, I-No in boss mode is nasty and insanely cheap, not to mention her Boss-only "Megalomia" move. Hmm... sounds similar to Incubus' Megalomaniac, isnt it?

Midnight Carnival! That's my favorite song...ever.

I live for this game (and my girlfriend. <3) I'm even doing a class about Guilty Gear.

And a side question. I need pictures of Daisuke Ishiwatari, the game's creator. Please give me some! (that aren't from google.)
