Nice to meet you all! My name is Pete. I have been interested in Japan and its culture/language for as far back as I can recall. I hope to gather further information and perhaps meet some interesting residence of the country as well. While my ability to speak and understand the language is minimal at this time, I am currently studying the language on my own an hope to be able to speak it fluently some day. I am 20 years old and currently enrolled in college where I am studying Game Art and Design. I look forward to speaking with you!

Keep up the hard work on the learning Japanese, I'm sure you'll do good at it by applying yourself as much as you can to actually speaking it...even more than simply reading. You can surely learn some new things in the Learning Japanese fora too.
