Grammar Question: Indigo Love Short Film

This will really just be a quick question and hopefully this question is acceptable.

There is this short film Indigo Love: Indigo Love by Sachiko Judy Fukumoto - Japan Drama Short Film | Viddsee
And at 14:40, the character said something sounding like, "失礼 は お いって。 すみませんでした。"

Would just like to ask if what I heard was correct? But if not, what should it be? And is this an informal way of saying, "I was rude"?
