I do some of the basics of japanese. I know when katakana are used I know when hiragana are used, and Im (still learning) about all the rules on kanji.
I know some particles, but not all. 'wo' paticular confuses me. Another confusing thing is all the instances it can be used. I've heard that you can figure out the general idea of a sense just by the meaning. For example, if you're going something you might say 'iki' or 'iku' (going?) and 'ni' as a direction that you are going somewhere.
There are many sites for japanese.I, unfortunately, forgot to ask for a book on japanese, I will check out "japanese for busy people'. my birthday is in a feburary, i will be 18
i cannot wait enroll in a class. im going to go back on the chat and apologize to the people for the misunderstanding.
but I wont go back there again
I would like a good site (for kanji and particle studying, and social politeness) for the basics. I know I am missing many of the basics, for example when to use certain words . Informal and formal situations, polite situations (for example, your boss)
etc
Thank you
I won't bug you guys again. J_T kind of gave me a 'wake up call', 'reality check' he said I annoyed everyone here. I'm really sorry. I don't want to be annoying. Recently my friend mac told me this too. He said he will not answer any of my language questions, becahse he is learning english himself. (But he is quite good, I should say) he will only correct it. Also, I do not know many katakana. He told me this is vital and absolutely essenial. He told me to learn this first before I do anything else
