Going to japan to study animation or arts in general

Hey, Im on my last year of highschool and ive always had a passion for arts, specificly animation. Knowing Japan they have very good animes. Anime, like manga, has a large audience in Japan and high recognition throughout the world.. and ive always been very interested in it.

i was wondering if there was a place where you could study animation or manga?. (pretty much what my title says )

And besides, ive always wanted to go japan.. So in addition, i wanna learn their language..
I also wanna know where you could study japanese language. hehe

If you want a degree, you should go to a university.

If not, there are more senmon gakkou (vocational school) which are specialized in animation.

There are many languages where you can learn Japanese language.
Some of them are offering the special preparation course for those who are going to attend university/vocational school.
