I think the first one is deliberately concocted, probably by someone who has just watched Ringu!

The second one looks like a double exposure.

I don't really get why the third one is spooky, it just looks like someone has sneaked into the shot.
Well here's the story behind that picture:
"This intriguing photo, taken in 1919, was first published in 1975 by Sir Victor Goddard, a retired R.A.F. officer. The photo is a group portrait of Goddard's squadron, which had served in World War I aboard the HMS Daedalus. An extra ghostly face appears in the photo.
In back of the airman positioned on the top row, fourth from the left, can clearly be seen the face of another man. It is blown up here for you. It is said to be the face of Freddy Jackson, an air mechanic who had been accidentally killed by an airplane propeller two days earlier. His funeral had taken place on the day this photograph was snapped. Members of the squadron easily recognized the face as Jackson's. It has been suggested that Jackson, unaware of his death, decided to show up for the group photo.

Dave at the Hampshire Ghost Club says this is probably real. We agree."

Story 2

This is also my experience.
One of my family members told me that she sees a woman with blue line.
I thought she is seeing an alien or something.
So I asked her, "When did you see her?"
She said, "I see her every day. She walks around the house. One day, I saw her checking the toilet." 😊
I thought that maybe she is not seeing an alien.
I asked my psychic friend to come over and search the house.
My friend came over, and searched the house. :nihonjin:
She said, "I couldn't find anyone."
My friend got in my car, and we were about to leave the house, then she said, "There! There she is."
My friend saw a woman smiling and standing (?) in front of the window which was about 1.5m above ground. ✌️
"Her aura is blue. She is saying, "You cannot kick me out". She was hiding in the toilet, and I forgot to search the toilet. I think she is harmless."
Obviously, she came to our house while we were away. She quite liked the house, so she decided to stay.
She could be harmless, but we were not comfortable with the idea of sharing the house with this lady.
So, 2 months later, we moved out.

Now I get it! Thanks Smurf! This is not about ghosts as such, but I have heard that in the early days when photography was still a novelty, people who had recently lost a relative would want to include them in a family photo. So they would take an existing photo of them, and superimpose it into their group. I find that spooky! Have you heard that? I tried to google it, but all I got was discussions about whether they should take pictures of the dead bodies in warzones.

i dont think that's what he was getting at...i think the 'spirit' showed up.
I have seen that photograph before in other publications and on television, it is quite famous.

Yeah, I know that's not what he meant, it just reminded me of it. Sorry for the confusion. 🙇‍♂️

That reminds me... when we had our yearly High School magazines, it always seemed that any students that had passed away that years photo would seem a bit blurry... more so than usual.

Yesterday I watched a new Korean horror called 'Cello' ooh its blood chilling. Not that scary, but blood chilling all the same. I really liked it, and recommend people to watch it if it comes out with subtitles. But then there a few here who can speak Korean. Could be another up and coming Hollywood remake.

A good film on a ghost and photo theme (yep, both! 👍) is Shutter. It is very harrowing in one place (rape scene, I can't handle those), but otherwise good and spooky. The ending is great.
