So.....which one are you?

well it depends what sort of vlog you're looking for, I've done a vlog-like video of me practicing Japanese, its not brill like as im still learning

who me? i'm TykeLad101 on youtube

A little friendly advice, if I may:

There are a couple of aspects about Japanese sounds which we really don't have in English, but which it is very important to be aware of and careful about when speaking Japanese. Specifically, I refer to what we could call "elongated vowels" and to what I suppose is a glottal stop.

You were born on the tenth, which is とおか (to/0/ka).....three bits.
You mentioned Nippon, which is にっぽん (ni//po/n).....there is a bit of a halt there in the blank space.

Just a little something to be aware of and pay attention to, as it really can make a difference in meaning and/or the ability of Japanese speakers to tell what you're talking about. It is important to learn this aspect of Japanese early on, as it is best not to form any bad habits that just have to be corrected later on. Easier to do it from the start.

touka is three parts? i thought a long vowel was just a longer version of a short ones, so it would be like "tooh-ka" or sommat?
