Hello friends, it's my new topic here, I'll come to japan, Kobe, next month and I'll stay with my friends about 28 days, I want to find somewhere teach me Japanese for free.
Thank you so much.

Are your friends Japanese by any chance (and could teach you)? Maybe they would know a place (information center? city hall? church group?). Don't expect much from a free lesson.

Japanese natives can teach you a few sentences but unless they are trained to teach foreigners, they will be no good at teaching you grammar or in any structured way.

Japanese learn grammar very differently to English speakers. They wouldn't have a clue what is a type 1 verb or the te-form is but they'll try to teach you godan katsuyou and renyoukei.

You should definately look for paid language courses. Than you will be able to learn more.

A friend of mine who teaches Chinese made some cards to use for language exchanges which structures them into a CI/TPRS lesson format. I don't know how she sells them (Amazon maybe, not really sure) but I can ask her if you're interested.

I've been thinking of getting a set to try out.

Doesn't take the place of actual lessons, of course.
