My relative lives in Fukuoka and shares with me the food he eats there.

I would like to share with all of you too.

Hopefully we can travel to Japan soon once the borders open.

In the meantime, we can only watch from afar.

I shall start with this video on salad, burger and kaisedon (Japanese seafood over rice).

 
Another one:
He shows how to make okonomiyaki.

Feasting on oysters.

My relative said that : Oysters are in season now in Japan. There's an abundance and is inexpensive.

 
That's a lot of food.
