Fashion design in Japan? you're kidding? It may be one of the best places in the world to study that area! Even though their fashion is way too different from european/american style it can be head-opener.
Are you aiming for a scholarship?
If you want to apply for the scholarship it's not necessary to learn Japanese right now.
It might be useful though.
ahhhhhhh.... i talked to my parents about it , they say "work and move" i dont know what to do now! omg omg omg!!! do you know a good college to study fashion design in japan ?

You'd better think it thoroughly.
No, I don't know any good college, sorry.
And sorry for posting in spanish, seems like I can't delete my message now so if any moderator wants to edit it, please do it.
If you're planning on studying Fashion in Japan, I'd highly suggest you study Japanese ahead of time. There's a really well known Fashion school in Tokyo called Bunka and they also have a one year Japanese language school too.

Hope that helped somewhat =3
