English Version Equipment.

Hello
I am a foreigner, living in Japan since 4 yrs. I am not good in Japanese Language. My second communicating language is English other than my native. I am very much interested to buy a Multifunction Centre (6 in 1, printer, fax, photocopyer, scanner, photocapture, etc) in Japan. I have found only Japanese Version. I have also checked in Akahibara but there is not aviliable. I can get this items from USA/CANADA OR Singapore but this costly. (the price is cheap the the freight will be high). I know 100 or 1000 english speaking people are living in Japan, how do they get befefit from using english version equipments( computer, electronic and electric items). So if you guys have any idea to get such english version items in Japan pls share with me.
And i also heard the there is a web site in Japan (Japenese) which provide details of stores and product. from which we can compare where is the cheapest one. if anyone know pls share the web address of that shopping web site

Did you try Laox in Akihabara? They often care export models, which come equipped with English.

yes sir but Laox doesn't deal with Brother Product.

Have a look in the "duty free" places. Really there is no demand for english equipment of that sort in Japan - people just buy the Japanese equipment and learn to use it.

I tried a lot but no result. Anyway I am thinking it to import from Singapore, Which is english version. Cost is little high. Anyway It was my bitter exprienc that In Japan there is no value for English Speaker/English Equipment/English Version, I wish Japanese Language should be replaced as International Language.
