It's a fan created thing.....No animation, just pictures and fanfics.

ow so thats what it is thanks for telling me :-)

actully it is kinda disipointing i keep hopeing they will make another series :(

I didn't like GT  so i was hopeing they would make a series that took the show back to some of its root shame that :(

Thanks for telling me again:-)

Dragon Ball topped the list of my all time favorite Japanese anime from years passed.

:-) It was my first Manga and my first Anime and what started my love and discovery of Japan
Needless to say that little Cartoon changed my life :-)
I owe nearly everything i love in the world to Akira Toriyama :-)
Amazing really☝

It was my first anime too. Akira Toriyama it's a Genius just like Hayao Miyazaki (creator of of Chihiro).

Dragon Ball AF is a non-existent anime or manga series that has been rumoured to exist by many fans of the Dragon Ball manga and anime series. It is not only fictional, but a complete fabrication in itself, and a source of confusion and frustration to many fans.

I have to agree with what's already been said. From what I've read and seen over the net, it's simply a non-existant myth that was started up by people after Dragonball GT was concluded.

wow i havent seen anything about dbaf since the 90s, back on the planet namek forums...

and its still fooling people, who'd've thought?

i feel old now...

Not just DBZ.

About 7 years ago there was alot of hype about a new Neon Genesis Evangelion movie. There was even a movie poster. It turned out to be a well executed hoax. I still come across people who believe it's real.

Out of topic but I want to ask something.

Is this from a movie or an episode from Z?

Its from a movie ^^ um Broly the legendary super saiyan i believe

hey but there's something new called DragonQuest

its like DragonBall Z but even better the series would launch in the Philipphines in May. im looking forward to it. i would let you knwo something if i can give ya a link to see a preview of it.

DragonBall GT was a total letdown of the series IMO.
It was full of illogical things (like Goku and Trunks running away from a big monster instead of either killing it easily or fly away in supersonic speed).

Somehow I always felt that DragonBall GT was only made to make some extra money and trying to make the series feel like a mix of the original Dragonball an the Z series.
GT was somehow not as serious or exciting compared to the Z series, especially the Cell Saga was kept in a serious tone (except the annoying appearance of Mr. Satan/ Hercules).

You know, there is a short after GT. A Hero's Legacy. It does indeed take place after Dragon Ball GT. It stars the the little Goku look alike that appeared at the end of GT. It came out in 1997 and suprisingly alot of people don't know about it. That's the only thing that came out after GT.

Your right, GT did blow. But you know what? Toriyama had nothing to do with that part of the Dragon Ball series. Truth? Toriyama didn't even want to finish DBZ because for some reason he disliked it. Originally Toriyama wanted to end the DBZ series after the Vegeta ark...or was it the Frieza ark...I can't really remember. He was sort of pushed to finish the series.
Both, Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Z were originally apart of Toei Animation, but if I remember correctly Dragon Ball GT was apart of Bird Studio, basically because of Toriyama wanting to quit and Toei not wanting anything to do with this "spin-off". Hence the different animation stylings from that of DB and DBZ.
