Dorm-Style Room in Tokyo

I would like to go to Tokyo in March and stay for 2 months. I'd like dorm-style accommodations where I have my own room with a desk, a bed, and an internet connection, but I share the bathroom and common spaces with others. I've heard that there are share houses (or "gaijin houses") like this that offer a monthly rate. Could you recommend any? Thank you.

I appreciate the list of guesthouses! I realize that this is going to be a leap of faith, because I'm coming from the USA. Based solely on the websites, I'm most impressed with Fontana. Just wondering if anyone has heard anything positive or negative about this company. Thank you.
