Dir en grey coming to America?

I read that too, it's cool. I hope they do appear at Sxsw because i'm going to be taking Champloo there for a late Birthday present because i'm nice like that.

aww man I want them to come to flordia they rock the best band ever, second place gos to gazette, and third plasic-tree or kagrra

I just read this news about the SxSw festival. But still, I don't know how legitimate it is, so... Don't believe anything for sure until it is announced on direngrey.co.jp! That is the only site I trust

Link to the original post on Free Will.

It conflicts with what Warcon has said.. Who knows what to believe now?

Is free-will-america even a real site? I've always been leary of that site because for a while they had the EXACT same layout as jhouserock.com even down to that Dir en grey interest survey, and now they have quite a similar one, it's always seemed like a scam site to me. Is it legit?

I have the same suspicions of free-will America's site.. No idea if it is legit.
Also Dir en grey's official site does not link to free-will America, while it does to free-will Europe and Warcon records. I'd think if they were actually privy to information about Dir en grey then they would at least get a link from the official site.
But I don't know.. maybe there's a reason for that..

OMFG THAT THING COMES OUT ON MY BIRTHDAY! THIS IS NUTS! /o/ And yeah, luff ya for it Steph. <333

I think that's because they're run by the same people... Jpophouse.com, jhouserock.com, and free-will-america.com all reside in Georgia. I have bought stuff from Free Will America's store before. It was all official merchandise. One thing I love about buying from Jpophouse and Free Will America is it ships in about two days!

whoa, I may check those people out then. And about their new songs, because I forgot to mention. I love them *likes hard rock << >> <<* I expecailly like Clever Sleaziod, for a short song, it's kick arse. Video freaks me out, but the song it's self is great. I like their songs like Saku more though, and Childs Prey. I am in love with Ugly and Pink Killer too. ;d I will always have a soft spot for Cage, because it was the first song I heard by them.

Oh and obscure still kicks my arse everytime I hear it. GOD THE SONG KICKS ***!

Why does Harry have free-will America too if it's just the same thing as Jpophouse and Jhouserock and hoa auctions? I mean I knew Jhouserock.com was the website with all of the artist info, polls, etc., Jpophouse.com is the website where you actually purchase stuff, and hoa auctions is the e-bay site with mostly where you buy anime stuff but what's the point of free-will? I don't know, I always thought it was just run by people trying to scam off of Jpophouse, but I guess it's probably just another Harry endeavor.

I like sunsweet has never trusted free will america. And only sometimes would I trust JPopHouse and JRockHouse as I never really trusted Harry who from the con booths I see him at,is a slimeball.

You think Harry is a slimeball? I love him and I think he's so hardworking and does so much crap (and takes so much crap) while trying to get Jrockers here for fans to see. Not to mention, Harry is damn attractive, lol. That aside, I hate the internet hate of Jpophouse. Running a company like that HAS to be hard and I have so much respect for the man. I mean, the man books the bands and venues and everything, travels with them everywhere, holds their camera for them (for the concert and backstage footage), takes the polaroid pictures for the fans, the man drives the friggin tour bus for goodness sakes. He does so much and people give him so little credit for the things he does because everyone on the internet (namingly livejournal) just apparently knows what they would do and how they would handle everything if they owned a J-rock company. Yes Jpophouse does certain things to make money that people don't like (i.e. Dinner with D'espairsRay, etc.), but you have to realize how much MONEY it takes to get bands from Japan to tour in America, it's no walk in the park. Not to mention the fact that he has to make a living and pay the few employees he has as well. Also, talking to Harry the many times that I have, I'd say he's anything but a slimeball and he's a total sweetheart.</rant>

Lol, that wasn't directed towards you Nana, more towards people in general, and I realize it has nothing to do with Diru.

I always wonder why everyone always talks bad about Harry. Did you speak with him personally or are you judging him based on what you saw? When I met him he seemed like a really nice guy. He was very helpful when Tsukasa had no idea what my sister was trying to get him to understand lol. Everyone always talks about him whoring bands for money, but do you know how much money actually goes into something like this? The expenses for bringing a band over from Japan are outrageous! He is just trying to help make it possible for these bands to tour here. Sure he is making money off it too, but I am glad there is someone like him around or else I wouldn't have had the opportunity to see D'espairsRay in the first place!

Everything he does is really really great, I mean yea you can't deny that what he is doing is really helping us Western J-Rock fans. I just had a run in with him that I didn't quiet enjoy. And while alot of people says he is nice, I feel uncomfortable around him.

I wonder if your run in was as weird as mine when I walked into the bathroom on him EEEK!!!! haha I am kidding of course. Harry is such a nice guy, he was so helpful and sweet everytime I talked to him and what not at Sugoicon. I am excited to see him and talk to him again next month.

All this Dir en grey coming to the US stuff is so confusing... every thing you read is different. I will just wait until something is officially announced on their website. That way you will know it's for real.

Very interested to see if this little rumor of Dir en grey coming down here is true. *crosses fingers* I'm mos def ready to beat up a few girls to touch one of them and I'm usually not like that at all. >__<

Wait ... what? You're ready to beat up a few girls to TOUCH one of Dir en grey. First off, Dir en grey doesn't want you touching them. Second off, it's girls like you who make Jrock concerts absolutely unbearable. At the D'espairsRay concert in VA there was a girl hitting me and pushing me so hard during the show trying to move me out of the way (I was in the front row, right in front of Hizumi) so she could "cop her a feel" of Hizumi so much that I ended up having to elbow her in the gut to get her off of me. So I suggest you don't attend a concert with the intention of A) beating up a few girls and B) touching the band, because the experience would be much better without you, thanks. Whatever happened to going to a concert to hear the music.
Edited to add: After reading my post, I seem to be a little mean and that's not my intention. I just hate the whole violence at Jrock concerts thing because of girls trying to touch the band. From personal experience, it really bothers me. Plus, you might just underestimate the strength of the girl you're messing with and you might just get elbowed in the gut, lol.

Yeah, fans like that is why I don't like going to many concerts. They are PEOPLE there to play their music for YOU, and you do that?! Talk about dissrespect for the band, and all the fans who truely do admire them for their music..and you ruin it for them and the band that gave their time to do a show for you all.

Apparently you guys took my post a bit too seriously. ☝
