how do you say "a few days" in japanese?
also, does ３日中 mean "for 3 days"? if i'm wrong, how do you say for 3 days?

数日（すうじつ）＝A few to several days. Adding 間 to the end (数日間） means a period of a few days.
数日 a bit formal sounding though. In general conversation it's more common to hear something like ２（に），３（さん）日（にち）, like ２，３日後（ご）= "A few days later"
